Ms. Ugwu-Amole has over 25 years in the cybersecurity industry. Through Eberechi’s leadership, Captiva has trained and helped certify dozens of individuals and teams and assisted multiple organizations get ready for their certification assessments. Eberechi also supports several Authorized C3PAOs as a Lead CMMC Assessor. Ms. Ugwu-Amole, as a strong believer in cultivating tomorrow’s cyber guardians, has developed her own branded training methodology: Real-Skills-For-Real-Jobs.

Mr. Augustin Guech is a seasoned consultant with over 15 years of experience in Information Assurance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Cybersecurity.  He is an expert in both the DIACAP Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A). ​Augustin has delivered highly technical security training for conferences, schools, and corporate clients to excellent reviews.

With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, including 19 years specializing in network and Cyber security within complex systems and organizational settings, as well as 7 years of direct project management, In these capacities, I've led teams through all phases of the Certification & Accreditation (C&A), Authorization & Accreditation (A&A), and FedRAMP processes.

A quality driven Cybersecurity Consultant with broad and productive experience in Risk Management, Security Assessment and Authorizations topped with exceptional skills in Information Assurance ensuring strong security across information systems. As wife and mother of three beautiful children, I love to read and teach those around me and invest positively into my environment. I support the
